Blackout?

Unfortunately, today’s a blackout. But why is our vice president holding a mic? Due to blackout he was going to give a lecture on after effect, so he is giving a speech on machine learning.

Hold on, what is machine learning? Have you notice Siri has been better at recognizing what are you saying? Or other stuff that is hard for a computer, has been better at their task for the past few years. Machine Learning is a technology that lets our computer learns.

Making Hollywood Films

Have you heard of After Effects before? No? It’s a software dedicated for making special effects and animation.

Our Club members had learned how to make animation , chroma key (green screen) and tracking.

I’m sure you know what is animation, but what is chroma key? You’ve seen unedited film scenes with green background I assume. We could change the green area with our desire background.

Have you heard of Unity? Probably from Kuan Jin Hong’s game session, but us CRC club members had been learning game making since the first semester.

Unity is a game engine, with unity users can make their own games. Unity is free to use and available to make games for all platforms.  Our Club members learned programming in C# programming language.
